Great Tails Animal Rescue is dedicated to providing temporary shelter and veterinary care for stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals of Itasca County, Minnesota and surrounding areas, with the purpose of finding loving, permanent homes.
Our goal is to advocate for domestic animals in our community by promoting spaying and neutering, providing education and resources, encouraging essential veterinary care, and finding loving, permanent homes for these animals.
Building Updates
A permanent building is the sustainable solution for animal rescue care in the area. This will allow us to prioritize pet health and safety with greater measures, house a consistent number of animals without dependency on as many volunteers and contributes to our community through education, resources and job creation
